Basketball star Phyllis Ann Tsatoke has signed a contract to play with the Texas Cowgirls' professional women's cage team this season. The Cowgirls travel from coast to coast playing men's teams and men's rules. A 1968 graduate of the local high school, she is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Tsatoke of Carnegie.
