Rev. Eugenio to speak at Carnegie Church of the Nazarene on July 27

Rev. Mark Eugenio will be sharing a missionary report in the Carnegie Church of the Nazarene on Wednesday evening, July 27, beginning at 6 p.m.

Eugenio along with his wife, Jaz,z are residing in Thailand where he serves as Chancellor of the Chapman International College on the SE Asia field of the Church of the Nazarene. The couple's daughter, Maeve, has been visiting with Pastor George Miller and his wife, Jeanne, of the Carnegie Church of the Nazarene for six weeks of her summer school break. Miller served under Eugenio’s leadership at the Philippine Nazarene College.
Rev. Eugenio is traveling to the U.S. on mission/college business and to celebrate the first graduation of students from their school living in the U.S.. While in country, Eugenio is visiting Carnegie to see his daughter and share in the church's Wednesday evening service.

'everyone is invited to come and hear how the Lord is moving among the Southeast Asian nations, especially in these days with the on-line classes, decentralized instruction and training of pastors and church leaders," said Miller. "This is a new and exciting day and you will be excited to hear how God is moving in the hearts and lives of men and women, called to serve. Our God is still alive and the fire is still burning."

Mark and Jazz were both born and raised in the Philippine Islands. They have two young adult children. In addition to Maeve, who is a pre-med student at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA, they also have a son, Josiah, who graduated in May with an IT degree and is living and working in the Philippines.

Prior to accepting his current overseas assignment, Mark served the church in the Philippines in many capacities over the past 25 years, including pastor, college president, field education coordinator, and district superintendent.

Although his wife is not accompanying Jazz will not be accompanying him on this trip, Jazz is a vital part of the team and is gifted in administrative ability. She has served as the college registrar and liaison officer for many years. For the past 10 years, she was the the Children’s Ministry Coordinator for the Philippine and Micronesia Fields.
